For over 25 years, Randy has honed his expertise in business and marketing strategy, client relations training, client perception studies and executive coaching. As a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he offers a dual background in client and project management.
Randy speaks frequently at national and regional professional association meetings and for the past 12 years has served on the faculty of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). Currently, he teaches a master’s class on ‘Strategic Marketing’ in their Core Competencies for Principals program. Widely published, Randy has written over 100 articles on client relations, leadership and business development.
My first introduction to Randy was through a series of articles Randy authored for the Daily Journal of Commerce in Seattle. Those articles on client relations struck a chord with me and led to Randy consulting with our company on sales strategies, developing highly functional client relations and facilitating strategic planning sessions for our leadership team.
